WHAT IS IT?

Since its inception at Soho House in 2022, we’ve been delivering in-person bite-sized wellness rituals & now, due to popular demand, we’re making these powerful teachings available online. We want to help you accelerate your wellness journey by giving you bite sized rituals & practices that will help you create a powerful daily routine to effortlessly elevate every aspect of your life.

  • You want to gain some powerful practices to accelerate your learning & personal development

  • You know you want to make a positive change to your daily routine, but you just don’t know where to start

  • You’re noticing that you’re starting to dip into unhelpful patterns & behaviours & you’re ready to spend 20 minutes a day investing in yourself & your future.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Every day you will be delivered a 15-20 minute “bite-sized” wellness video to your inbox to practise at any time of the day. These wellness “chunks” will include a daily changing menu of kriyas (Kundalini exercises), postures, breathwork practices, Chakra activations, Journaling Exercises, Meditations, Chants or Visualisation practices, all designed to get you moving & feeling good in under 20 minutes a day.

WHY?

Just 15-20 minutes of practice every day will significantly alter how you feel - about yourself, about others around you & about your life. This small investment of time will have a huge knock-on effect on the rest of your day & how you chose to show up in the world. We have one, short precious life & we want to ensure that you live a life less ordinary.

WHY ONLY 15-2O MINUTES?

Because everyone has 20 minutes a day to make themselves feel infinitely better. Out of 24 hours we know you can find a small chunk of time to dedicate to your mental, physical & spiritual health if you decide to. We’re all busy, but these “chunks” are designed for busy people who know that they could do something much more productive with the 20 minutes than the usual doom scrolling or tv watching.  Kundalini Yoga is an accumulative practice. The more you do, the greater the benefits. Think of the 1% rule; it’s much better to do a little bit every day, rather than a big chunk once a week. Our short sessions are designed to have maximum impact in minimal time. What’s more, they’re all designed to fit together to create a powerful toolbox of exercises for you to keep for life.

WHAT IF I WANT A LONGER PRACTICE?

Great! Our bite-sized wellness chunks are designed to fit together like a beautiful jigsaw. Through the 21 days, you’ll be given access to a whole plethora of exercises & activities all designed to complement each other. We love that you check in every day with us, but better than that, we want you to build your own personal daily practice & start to tune into what your body needs each day. By the end of 21 days, you’ll have a whole toolbox of exercises to fit together however you want. Add bits of your own practice, or bits you pick up along the way, take bits away that don’t resonate, stack a number of different exercises together & hey presto! You’ve got a daily practice to last you a life-time. Remember, it’s your practice - we’re just giving you the very best tools to get the most out of your sessions.

ACCOUNTABILITY BUDDIES

We know that you’re much more likely to succeed if you’ve got someone to cheer you on & hold you accountable. With that in mind, we’ve created a private Facebook Group where you can check in daily on your progress, share your experiences & meet a group of other wonderful people. Consistency is key to a happy, healthy & high vibrational life. Our private members group means you can share the journey with other like-minded people, through the 21 days & well beyond.
